At Wavertree & London, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you've made an incorrect purchase, you can cancel your order before it's packed for dispatch. Please contact us at enquiries@wavertreeandlondon.com.au to request cancellation. Once your order is packed, we cannot accept cancellations.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of dispatch, provided:


- You contact us within the 14-day window
- Products are in their original condition, unopened, and sealed (unless faulty)

Return Reasons and Actions

- If you received incorrect products, we'll replace them with the correct ones or provide a refund
- If you received faulty or damaged products, we'll replace them or provide a refund

Return Shipping and Refunds
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine the return is due to our error or product fault
- We won't refund the original delivery fee

- If you received free shipping your refund may incur the original $12.95 shipping fee

- Please obtain proof of postage and tracking to ensure the parcel's safe return


Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer service team at enquiries@wavertreeandlondon.com.au and quote your order number. Returns should be sent to Wavertree and London, 35 Scanlon Drive, Epping VIC 3076. We'll assess each claim individually and credit the purchase price using the original payment method if approved.
